Core Barrel
Engineered for durability and performance—designed to deliver efficient and precise rock coring in foundation drilling.
Compared to rock drilling buckets, core barrels are specifically designed for coring through rock formations, especially hard rock up to 100MPa or fractured rock layers. There are two main types: core barrels with bullet teeth and core barrels with roller bits. The selection of the right core barrel type and model depends on the geological conditions of the bored piles.
Core Barrel with Bullet Teeth
Cutting ring with rock drilling bits and releases the internal stress of rock；
Rock drilling bits perform stage breaking and drilling ;
Small barrel facilitates the coring operation; large barrel performs stage breaking;
Applicable layers: backfill layer，medium weathered rock, bedrock；
